Welcome to the first episode of The Essence Reveal Podcast! I am beyond excited to be sharing with you my life’s passion and work around The Essence Brand. Today’s episode is meant to give you a brief introduction to who I am and how I came to embody my  Essence Brand. I also introduce you to the Essence Breath and the PEMS Body Compass.
